The former Domestic of the North, Nikandro Heraklito, has betrayed the Empire and the Emperor of the Augustans by refusing a direct command from His August Majesty. As the renegade Army of the North grows in power, the Praetorian Prefecture of Zardugal hereby authorizes the use of deadly force in ending this threat against the Empire and the Prefecture. The reserve troops of the Imperial Augustan Army in Zardugal shall be mobilized, and are placed under the command of Olimpiodoro Plutarĥo, the new Domestic of the North.
