In an attempt to make the education laws of Vorona more coherent, the Conservative Unitarian Party proposes the following changes to the education system of Vorona. |

Message | We are willing to drop Article 2 and change articles 1 and 3. Article 3 can be changed to allow an opt-out option for students if they so desire. For Article 1, we propose that it can be amended to allow the local governments to develop and fund higher education. |
