Details

Submitted by[?]: Nrzi Knstatak (Democratic National)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 3639

Description[?]:

We believe 6 year terms are too long and purpose to amend this and will seek a consensus with all parties.

Also we purpose on the largest party can form a cabinet. Again this is open to other views and debate. This part will need to be looked at again in the future. However we should all be in agreement over 4 year terms.

MessageThese are a proposals, 4 years is enough time for a government to lay its stamp on the country and also the peoplewill have the opportunity to boot out unpopular governments more frequently. Also for new parties they have a chance to gain seats earlier.

In regards to the cabinet the largest party gets to go to the head of state which is currently vacant. I purpose an elected head of state and head of government or we find a new head of state and have a monarchy.

MessageAn elected head of state as mentioned in the first comment would be a direct violation of our membership of the International Monarchist League. The treaty would have to be repealed first.
