Description[?]:
Herr Präsident, the current laws on energy policy are counter-productive to the goal of a countrywide competitive energy market, as it gives local governments the power of excluding certain technologies from the market and allows the national government to favor others. Without all of these interventions, energy generation might become significantly more affordable as a result of increasing competition and investment. Therefore, we propose letting the market determine the best energy sources instead of the state. Eleonora Freyschuetz, MdR LVP-Hulstria Wirtschaftsministerin |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
