Description[?]:

Article I: Firearms
A. Ownership of guns by private individuals.
Under the current legislation the private ownership of individuals states "Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions." This directly conflicts with The Scripture of The Life Giving Bush which states "All healthy leaves (people) living in the shelter of the bush, must be ready to take up the blessed arms of the Impenetrable shrub to defend your home, family, country, and bush"

We, The Representatives of The Life Giving Bush, propose to change the law to allow ownership of firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.

People with a history of violent crimes are "Plucked from the branches of The Eternal Bush , to make room for leaves that serve The Life Giving Bush" and are therefore not permitted religious freedom in the ownership of a firearm.

The mentally ill are considered unhealthy, in need of care, and not required to be able to take up arms, and own the means to do so, therefore they would also not fall under religious freedom to own a firearm.

B. Weapons allowed to private citizens
While many of the reasonings behind this change over lap with "Article I Sub A" the current law states "Only certain types of weapons may be owned by the general public, but these may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner." This law, while reasonable, makes certain ceremonial, and in home required weapons, illegal, such as BushMan Assault Rifles, used during bush soldier's funerals and given to children when they reach adulthood and are deemed responsible. The Reach of The Bush, which is a DMR (Designated Marksman's Rifle) which is said to have been given to the people of Bush Land by The Life Giving Bush itself, so its people could defend themselves at a distance during the crusades, among other firearms, blades, and warhammers.

We simply ask that the law be revised to "Citizens may own any type of weapons, but certain types are restricted to designated places." so that weapons of religious significance may be owned and used at proper times.

MessageWe too can agree with Article 1 but not 2. So what the Representatives of The Life Giving Bush are proposing is that people be allowed to own rocket launchers, mines and flame-throwers? We also find the idea of designated weapon places to be implausible. There are weapons out there that are way too powerful to be in the hands of civilians and we cannot see any adequate justification for that.

MessageYes that is what I am saying. The Followers of The Life Giving Bush, come from Bush Land, a southeast Asian country founded by Norse Pagans after finding a seed believed to come from Yggdrasil the Tree of Life, during the cold war Bush Land along with their allies in the Comintern were invaded during an anti communist assault know as Operation Barbosa. Due to the military disadvantage the people of Bush Land were at The Divine Bush, prophet to The Life Giving Bush, prayed and was told the people must be a military as the military is people. Since that day it has been law that those who follow in the ways of the Bush are to have access to the same equipment as the military so if the need ever arises they can defend themselves. But your point is moot, not everyone can own a rocket launcher since only people with military contracts produce them, to get them on the civilian market wouldn't be profitable unless catering to a rich market. flamethrowers haven't been widely produced in a functioning manner for decades, mines just like rocket launchers because the amount of money, resources and connects to get them would be far greater than the amount needed to build your own. All of which are crippled by the clause " certain types are restricted to designated places." all of the weapons you mentioned will fall under this category.

MessageYou are completely missing the point of my statement. By using rocket launchers and flame-throwers, I was merely giving examples of very dangerous weapons which cannot be justified through cultural or "historical" means.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.
