With a new Cabinet bill every 6 months from various parties, which are usually unnecessary when their is a majority coalition government. We purpose only the largest party can form a government. If they fail in doing so then they either purpose an alternative cabinet or new elections. |

Message | This allows the largest parties to propose a cabinet (I think that means the top two), rather than just the single largest party. It makes a lot more sense than these constant attempts to change the coalition. |
