Message | I'm voting no solely because the ML didn't follow the assembly rules as written.. Granted, I support expanding the number of proposals per bill to five, but the rule as it is now limits it to 3. |

New rules we're never passed, they're sitting in the debate and you claim to have them passed, however we checked in the bill the passed part of the history and no such bill passed. Besides that it would need a 2/3 majority of pass as its and amendment to the constitution. |
