Bill: Naval Blockade Pact
Details
Submitted by[?]: Majatran Socialist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2163
Description[?]:
Recent events, such as Terra War 1, have demonstrated the importance of controlling the South Ocean. We feel we should enter negotiations with the other nations bordering the enterance to the ocean (Pontesi, Selucia, Cildania and Karufistan) along with other Majatran nations to work out a naval force which will protect the nations in Majatra from oversees invasion. This is especially important now that the fledgling democratic government in Deltaria is under threat. We must work together to keep the South Ocean a vibrant, peaceful area of Terra that is safe for democracy. This bill will ask the Foreign Minister to draft such a treaty and to enter negotiations with any interested nations. |

Message | Agreed. Under treaties, check the Majatran Mutual Defence Pact -- does that meet the need or should changes be made? |

Message | This seems fine, as long as other Majatran nations will agree to it. |
