| Colleagues, We have received information that Lieutenant Colonel Manfred Romanov, XO at the military base of Fertig, has vanished. We do not yet know if he fled, got murdered or is on a holiday. We only think it is strange he disappeared after the revealance of the weaponry scandal at Fertig military base. We are currently searching him, but wonder if we should alert the other nations, just in case he would have fled the country.
