MessageMr. Minister,

The Supreme Court has no authority of its own. We have only been delegated by the President. If the Supreme Court cannot come to a decision on some matters, the President can still decide. According to the law, he determines what is right or wrong, and he can decide whether someone is innocent or guilty, and he can decide their punishment.

MessageMr. Speaker,

the president has asked for the opinion of the Supreme Court in this matter. If members of SAP do not vote, the president will decide keeping in mind the opinion of the members of the Supreme Court that did vote.

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining.
