Old value:: A civilian police force is in place and the military is not allowed to play any part in it.

Old value:: Paramilitaries are allowed but are heavily regulated by the government.

Message | It's a shame to see a party of the "left" voting against a bill to help some of the poorest in society. Though of course, it's in their interest to keep people poor to sell them a delusion that if they vote for the "left" it'll improve their livelihoods. And the cycle continues. |
