Description[?]:
Herr Präsident, To ensure public health is one of the most important duties of the government. In this case, choice is good, but the deregulation of private healthcare clinics existing next to our public healthcare system set a dangerous precedent of refusing to ensure the quality of the healthcare provision to our citizens is of top quality. We cannot afford to turn a blind eye to any health risks, be they in public or in private healthcare, but that is precisely what we are doing under the guise of allowing self-regulation. Therefore, I propose today to subject private clinics to the same inspection regime and regulations as public hospitals. Hedwig Wertmann, MdR (HDV - Kuratha) Gesundheitssprecherin |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
