Bill: Shed Policy Changes

Details

Submitted by[?]: Conservative People's Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3665

Description[?]:

Many of the treaties we are currently enrolled in do not provide any benefits outside of recreation, which Hutorian sports clubs have been providing for decades, long before either of the current parties were founded. Furthermore, the "Ratification of the Empire of Dolgaria - Federal Union of Hutori Friendship Accords", which our party originally supported, is simply an agreement to align with a one party state that has existed as such for over 25 years.

MessageI plan on adding a few more treaty withdrawals to this bill, it is just a matter of having enough proposals to do it all at once.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
