Message | Funding certain methods of production does not only waste our tax-rupans, but it leads to a situation where there is no need to even try to turn renewable energy into a profitable energy production method when the taxpayers turn it profitable anyway. There is no incentive. |
Date | 01:19:28, May 13, 2014 CET | From | Hosian Democratic Alliance | To | Debating the Subsidizing Renewable Energy Research |
Message | We strongly support this proposal. It is vital for our future that the potential for renewable resources is fully explored. |
Date | 05:07:11, May 13, 2014 CET | From | Liberal Democratic Union | To | Debating the Subsidizing Renewable Energy Research |
Message | There are multiple incentives: the environment and the survival of our resource supply. We want to preserve our non-renewable energy, and providing research for renewable energy may open doors for us to expand into an much more appropriate supply of energy, and a better environment. |
Date | 16:30:23, May 13, 2014 CET | From | Loyalistische Partei | To | Debating the Subsidizing Renewable Energy Research |
Message | Funding research is fine, but subsidizing the energy production is not the right way as the incentive to try to make it more profitable disapears when the government automatically makes it profitable with taxpayers money. |

Random fact: There are two countries based on Egypt in the game. Cobura is based on modern Egypt with a retro twist, while Hawu Mumenhes is based on Ancient Egypt with a modernist twist. |
Random quote: On 7th February 4281 a group of renowned Metzist experts from all across Terra met in Haldor to form the International Committee for the Estimation of the End Date of Capitalism (ICEEDC). With the assistance of a powerful computer, they calculated that capitalism will terminate Terra-wide on 6th November 4320, and in Dorvik on April 17th 4310. We have no reason whatsoever to believe these very eminent and learned scholars are wrong. They have never been wrong about anything before. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |
