The PPFD wants to guarantee a fair justice system that ensures the civil liberties such as privacy, the benefit of the doubt and a fair trial. We also think that police presence is dependent on specific criminality situations and therefore believe that this matter should be left to the local authorities. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, we believe it is impossible to change our justice just by proposing some law changes. It needs much more than that. At this moment, we have a simple system. Concerning fair trial: since we have a Supreme Court established to advice the President, it seems fair enough to us. About police implementation: our national government preserves the right to decide implementation of police forces all over the country. We believe this is much more effective than tasking on local level. This way we ultimately make use of our resources. Franklin Saks Minister of Justice |
