| The Shura decrees on behalf of His Excellency the Sublime Lord Caliph Mukrin bin Ahmed: - That certain especially inflammatory passages of 'Ladies In Leadership: Latifah and Hind' be excised prior to printing; - That no more than number of copies of the said book shall be printed 5,000; - That those seeking to sell and otherwise distribute the said book be required to request a license from the Ministry of Education and Culture, with this license conditional on a legally binding undertaking not to sell or otherwise distribute the said book to those believed to be of questionable character; and - That those found selling or otherwise distributing the said book without a license, or in breach of the license conditions, shall be liable for a fine of 2,000 rials. |
