| Message | Yes, it would be better to group bills by theme, or even submit them one by one, as who knows, the Tories might be opposed to abortion but supportive of banning whaling. I know it is troublesome to do that, but if you can build visibility, state positions, AND pass legislations with one stone, why not? |
