Message | We are concerned that this legislation would make it easy for radical Ahmadis to acquire a stranglehold over the Solentian education system. James Cholmondely Wolfpack Leader |
Date | 13:20:39, May 28, 2014 CET | From | Coalition for National Unity [CNU] | To | Debating the Freedom of Religion Act 3672 |
Message | "We oppose this legislation. All schools need to be regulated properly and where religious schools are allowed, they should be held to standard to ensure they provide a sound education. We also oppose state schools leading prayers. Prayer should be the remit of a religious school and parents should have the chance to make that decision about where their child receives his or her education. We furthermore do not believe it is the place of Government to encourage missionaries. We should remain neutral on this matter." Brenna Kyng, Lord Protector, Senate Warden & First Secretary of State Unionist Legislative Lead |
Date | 18:55:17, May 28, 2014 CET | From | Wolfpack | To | Debating the Freedom of Religion Act 3672 |
Message | This Bill will open the floodgates to radical Ahmadi imams from Kafuristan, Wantuni and elsewhere who want to indoctrinate our young people with hatred for everything Solentia stands for. James Cholmondely Wolfpack Leader |
Date | 03:46:57, May 29, 2014 CET | From | Gilde Mercantile Solentia | To | Debating the Freedom of Religion Act 3672 |
Message | We agree with the sentiments of Wolfpack and of those of the Unionists. Religious schools should be regulated and that Queranziah influence on Solentia should be controlled. Vivienne Salve Gilde Mercantile Solentia Doge GMS Senate Representative |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
