Senators, as most of you will by now be aware, Prince Harun ibn Ahmed of Kafuristan has had the temerity to threaten the Solentian people with invasion if they exercise their democratic right to elect Wolfpack members to the Senate. This is a completely unacceptable interference in Solentia's internal affairs and an insult to the Senate and the Solentian democratic process. We therefore call upon the Senate to condemn the comments unreservedly.

MessageSenators,

I have made an official approach to the Kafuritan government regarding these alleged remarks. Until such clarification is provided the government is not in a position to make any further comments.

In this instance, I shall allow it."

MessageSenators,

The government has received full assurances from the Kufuri authorities that these comments were of a purely personal nature, and do not in any way, shape or form reflect the views or policy of the sovereign government. We therefore consider this matter to be closed.

And, is it not interesting that it is yet again the same old Wolfpack, who not content with whipping up division at home, also not seek to use their new found fame to whip up tension and division abroad. Senators, this is the reason why in two years time the electorate of Solentia will reject Wolfpack and their destructive policies.

MessageSenators, the Foreign Minister says he has received assurances from Kafuristan that the prince's views do not represent those of the government, but how can he be so sure? The prince is a prominent figure in that country, with friends in the highest places. History teaches us never to trust the Kafuris. Is it not the truth that the Liberal government and the Kafuris are colluding with each other in a plot to bring about an Ahmadi takeover of Solentia? That, senators, is the reality we need to face up to.

I appreciate, senators, that not all of you share our understand of the threat posed to Solentia by Kafuristan. If that is the case, then may I remind you that this motion specifically condemns comments made by Prince Harun ibn Ahmed of Kafuristan, *NOT* the Kafuri government. The prince's remarks in themselves were surely so serious they deserve a formal reprimand, regardless of whether he speaks for the Kafuri government or not.

MessageHon. Senators, I wish to underline in this forum the assurances given that the statements made by Prince Harun ibn Ahmed al-Razama in no way reflect the attitudes of the people and government of the Razamid Caliphate to the people of Solentia, with whom we wish to have nothing but peace, goodwill and co-operation. We have no intention of violating Solentian sovereignty, or interfering with the internal affairs of Solentia. We deeply regret Prince Harun's unacceptable comments, and we sincerely apologise for the unnecessary consternation they have caused. As you are probably aware, Prince Harun has already been reprimanded for his actions, and his service to the Razamid Council of Ministers have been suspended. He does not speak for the government of the Razamid Caliphate.

MessageYet again, Senators, we see that the Liberals are utterly isolated in their refusal to support Solentia against powerful foreign interests.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.
