Message"The environment is but one, and should be treated as one. The PdC see no reason to have different standards of preservation across the country. Should the citizens of one region have access to clean water, but not the other? Should one region's people breathe clean air while the others don't? Should people who keep a rare bird in one state be forced to give it up when they move to another, where they can keep rare snakes, but not birds? Are the lives of some citizens to be protected in case of a war, but not others'? We need single standards for these issues, urgently."
