Message | A 1% decrease on a 50% tax makes little difference to consumers. The current tax rate only discourages people from spending money, which in the end damages the economy and hurts government finances. |

Message | The current tax rate only discourages RICH people from spending money. The effect of decreasing luxury taxes has a very little negligible effect in terms of consumption and investments since the rich can afford to buy luxury items. |

Message | Apparently, only the rich are entitled to luxury items. Keep the masses where they are, is it? Flawed logic from the PN all around. |

Message | You did not get the point. The luxury taxes is not the reason that damages the economy since the rich can afford luxury items even though they are taxed heavily. The investments and consumption did not decrease because of luxury taxes but instead decrease because of lower income taxes for the masses. |

Message | Because I think 1 % on items that are very expensive makes a great difference, we will vote against this bill! We are a social party, so I think we have to encourage the poor and not the rich people. Louise Legrand Mouvement Socialiste Rildanorien |
