| The Liberté populaire propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Rildanor. The LP finds it sad that we spend more on our military than on educating and keeping our citizens healthy. We propose a gradual shift towards spending more on these essential services. |

| Message | We have budget surplus of 2 billion. Maybe we can use it for budget insertions in other ministries besides defence. Also, the ideal spending budget for defence as prescribed by the Karav University should not be lower than 38 billion. |

| Message | We are a pro-military party, but even we find the defence budget to be excessively high. OOC: Is it realistic for defence to make up 20% of the national budget? I find this in many other Particracy countries. When we look at RL examples, there are no countries that come to mind that spends so much of its budget on the military, save for perhaps North Korea. |
