Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3679
Description[?]:
We believe in the notion that the people should be policed by members of their own community rather then a distant impersonal force. Law enforcement and energy provisions will be tailored to the disparate and unique needs of particular communities. It will allow self sufficiency among regions regarding power grids, if one area suffers any damage or error the others will be able to continue smoothly. |

Message | Diversification of energy sources should be a good impulse for competition between different energy providers that shall result in lower prices. Also it is better seen from regional level where presence of the police is necressary so leaving it to national governments is a good idea. There were mixed opinions about power grid levels between different members of Kirla Party, and party doesn't have a clear standing on this one so we only reccomend voting yes for 2 points above-mentioned but we leave our members to vote free according to their own beliefs on this one. |
