An act to protect labour rights and ensure the right to strike. Strikes must still be conducted on reasonable grounds, however it should be up to the neutral government Labour Board to determine whether it is appropriate to fire striking workers. |

Old value:: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Current: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.
Proposed: Government approval is needed before strikers can be fired.
