Message | Mr. Speaker, The proposed changes in this bill would be absolutely devastating for Rutania. By removing oversight and employment regulation policy we are actually removing protections for those who prostitute and make it easier for vulnerable people to be forced into the trade or extorted. Instead, the solution lies in government regulation, financial disclosure (via taxation) and harm reduction to protect vulnerable people.
