This bill will contain 4 article. 1 the intelligence agency wil be limited to surveillance and counter intelligence, we do not want war. 2+ 3 the army will be on a volontary basis, which mean, no mandatory service, and a army based on population enrollement, a voluntaree army. 4 we will cease to export arms. in total, this bill will contain 4 articles. |
