Message | Mr. Speaker, We cannot support this bill as it further decreases spending on our already cash strapped military. There is a right way to cut spending and this way is not it. If the APR is serious about cutting spending, they'll cut the social programs first before gutting our military. Robert Clark UPR Congressional Leader |
