ToDebating the Agriculture and Public Works Reform Act
MessageWe disagree with Article One (Farming Subsidy) and support the current policy, as it promotes the growth of useful crops. While it may sound good to give money to farmers with low earnings, there is no way to determine (OOC: within the rules of the game) why they are earning so little. If it is because of legitimate issues with our agricultural system, then we would support. However, we are weary of this proposal as it could support families that are not growing useful crops as the current one does.

As for the second Article (Public Works), we can support this.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.

Random quote: "The experience of ages has shown that a man who works on the land is purer, nobler, higher, and more moral... Agriculture should be at the basis of everything." - Mikuláš Gogolský, former Deltarian writer
