| In order to avoid the tyranny of Artanian mass democracy, we shall do the following: > Limit suffrage to landowners and other property holders. > To qualify to vote or run for a seat in the Kurultai, one must own at least 150 acres of land or alternatively must be worth at least 3,500,000 tenge (250,000 LOD) > Each candidate must raise campaign funds from a patron or if able, from his own pocket. > Each clan shall send 4 representatives and each of the 20 largest cities and towns shall send 1. |
