Description[?]:
In the Name of Our Lord Eliyahu Hosios, The Glorious September Senate of Lord Alamar Xarfaxis announces, That we – through the wisdom of Lord Hosios, His Messnager, Saint Alamar, and His temporary Sovereign over Free Pontesi, His Grace Duke Ferus, will reinterpret the doctrine of “Religious Liberty” in the way described below: The State acknowledges that the right to a free, open discussion about religious and spiritual matters is a human right and the only way to enhance cultural and social development, and make a truly free society free and prosperous. The State confirms that Saint Alamar of House Xarfaxis is the Founding Father, Invincible Hero and Eternal Patron Saint of Free Pontesi. The State is fully convicted to upholding the dignity, value and spiritual message of it's Founding Father, Invincible Hero and Eternal Patron Saint of Free Pontesi, Saint Alamar of House Xarfaxis. The State acknowledges that it was the will of it's Founding Father, Invincible Hero and Eternal Patron Saint of Free Pontesi, Saint Alamar of House Xarfaxis, that the Pontesian Bishopal Church should be reintegrated into the Selucian Patriarchal Church. The State will work to ensure that this is done. The State admits that it has a moral responsibility to prohibit cults that discourage citizens form being loyal, decent and hard-working individuals from existing inside Free Pontesi. The State announces that Yeudi and Felinist citizens may attain the status of demissum – submission to Hosian law in return for religious freedom. They will not prozelyzite their faith but will be allowed to have their own places of worship and preform their own religious rituals under the State's protection. The State will assist them in fighting Ahmadism both inside and outside Free Pontesi. The same conditions shall apply to variants of these religious sects, such as (but not limited to) Oseyim and Hosio-Felinists. The State affirms that Apostasy from Hosianism to one of these religions will not be legally persecuted but discouraged through the loss of certian rights and benefits. Apostasy to other religions may be persecuted. The State acknowledges that Ahamdism is not truly a religion but a totalitarian political system of Shatan that threatens the freedom and prosperity of Free Pontesi. The State has a moral obligation to work against the spreading of Ahmadism in our lands, and for the conversion or abducion of individuals believing in this totalitarian ideology. The State acknowledges that Atheists are beasts, vile creatures without a moral counciousness. The State has the moral obligation to wipe out the disease of atheism like the good farmer wipes out the tares from his farmland. Signed, Ferus Macer, Duke of Free Pontesi Lucretia Vopiscus, Grand Magistrix of the Crusader Democrats |
