Message | National Party of Telamon, Unfortunately, because of the nature of the bill being a change to the constitution, a 2/3 majority must be held for a successful change to be made. The previous proposal failed because the vote was 46-29; the required number of Yes votes was 50. We shall debate this further in the future. Yours sincerely, The United Social Left Party |
Date | 19:28:37, July 08, 2014 CET | From | Rightful Radical Party | To | Debating the Parlimentory Seats must increase! |
Message | The Rightful Radical Party thinks a small Parliament is fairly more efficient and saves a lot of taxpayer's money. Our party has seen many systems come and go, and we have decided to take such a stance, and received the support of our voters because of it. The NPT continuously tries to scrutinize this as our unwillingness to bring more democracy; however, seeing as no electoral census (minimal per cent of vote to gain parliament seats) exists, this is not the case in a vast majority of possible situations. And we will stick to our policy even if we fall to just a couple of seats. Leontije Krkljus RRP Parliament Member |
