Artice 1 This bill limits the number of terms any individual can serve as speaker to two full legislative terms. These two terms do not have to be served consecutively. Once any individual has served two full terms their name may no longer be considered for election to this office. Article 2 This bill ensures that any former speakers of the house retain the honorary title "Mr. Speaker" or "Mrs. Speaker" for life. |
