(More so because we don't like the current law on that issue, so, even the proposed change would be a nice improvement.)

MessageOkay, I'm going to be honest, my party is not the biggest fan of localism and it probably never will be, but whenever I vote no it tends to change my views on market civil rights etc. so we will probably abstain from all of these localism bills.
