| By removing the statutes of adulthood on age, persons of all ages can be responsible for their actions and capable of contractual obligations and taxation. No longer will age be a loophole, rather adulthood shall be determined by a test, challengeable at any time, based upon sound reasoning. However, while those tests are being determined, for the interim, all shall be considered adults. |
