Description[?]:

Snr president,

reading is one of the most important skill I have learned in life,
we are ashamed to find that the state does not provide entirly free book to all resident, to us, this is an insult

we are no reason to not nationalise a vast network of library, so our resident would be able to read any type of book they want.

we must create a large public library and give acces to all citizen to all book they want to read.

Messagetoomuch book are behind held by private interest, we believe everyone should have the right to read what ever they please, even if they have no money and a good way to do is to control a vast public library that will allow poor people to read, and this will aloow them to write, the best way to learn how to write is to read books, this will improve poor people and increase their chance to get a job, who will hire someone who can't write his own language,

we believe this is need to attack analphabeltism in our nation.

MessageSenor Presidente,

Public libraries are a fantastic idea, and we enthusiastically support the creation of a Terra-class libraries network to put knowledge and reading within the reach of every citizen. This is a project far worthier of public investment than, say, hosting the World Cup.

MessageThe DLCP is misunderstanding the concept and practice of local governance. Whatever facility local governments own and manage are also called public facilities.
The PWG is not against public libraries. We just think that they are better funded and managed by local governments.
The debate between the PWG and DLCP is about decentralisation vs. centralisation. Not privatisation vs. nationalisation.
