| Message | I would like an exemption for those who shoot for sport to be able to have rifles. They will still be required to have the rifles registered and pass a back ground check to ensure they have never been convicted of ANY crims of Violence! |

| Message | Indeed... But I'd say it has to be any crimes. Not only violent ones. The sporting thing could be run under a test period for say 8 months. If alot of people get killed by sportsmen during that period we simply take away their right to bare arms. |

| Message | But wouldn't everyone get a new hobby if we made it legal for sportsmen to own guns to practice their sport? Maybe it would be better if only the Gun Clubs were allowed to have weapons. Then the sportsmen practicing at that club would be allowed to borrow them at the club and hand them back after finishing practice (at the club) |

| Message | Then we don't need to change the proposal either because the gun club owner needs the guns for his profession. Right? Then you could buy a weapon at the Club and store it there and never take it away from there. The Club owner would be the legal owner in this case. |
