Bill: BBR Constitution Amendment 01 - On Article V : The Grand Consul
Details

Description[?]:
The Grand Consul has too many power - a coalition against him cannot change a lot of things because he controls entirely the government. This being said, BBR recognizes that the Grand Consul's supremacy, although symbolic, is anti-democratic. Let the Grand Consul's position be diminshed. The Grand Consul must only be Head of State. The Head of Government must be the Prime MInister of Beluzia. |
