Description[?]:
Honourable Elected Members of the Asamblea Federal, I hereby submit this reform programme that has been set up by the Department of Health & Social Services. The death penalty is a stain on our nation, that is suppose to stand up for liberty and freedom, and against tyranny. We cannot continue to allow legal murder as a country. It is a travesty and irreversibly. For too long, public health facilities were run in private hands, leading to a stark separation of access to quality and affordable care in our country. I therefore ask for this system to be overhauled, where a quality public system is implemented, and where private clinics are allowed , but are heavily regulated. As well, it is a travesty when we let people out on the street with no welfare after a period of time. This forces people to accept lower wages and can be used by employers to pressure applicants. Imagine what happened in the days before the minimum wage was reinstated! Honourable members, a voluntary public pension system is of no use if the rich and the affluent are keeping their money away. I believe that it is crucial for this nation, and the prosperity of everyone and entire of Gaduridos, to enact a compulsory system, with a voluntary private option. As well, tobacco is a terrible ill and a horrendous addiction. It can take decades off of someones life, and it is one of the hardest thing to stop once you start. And yet, this country has no regulations on advertisements. This new law will regulate the following issues. Art. 6. Tobacco Regulations 1. No advertisement allowed 2. No sponsorship is allowed by Tobacco company 3. No brand marketing is allowed; all packages of all sigarets will have to be generic in design to be sold in Gaduridos 4. Penalties will include heavy fine for the producer, the importer, the retailer, and the consumer of said products |
