MessageMr. Speaker --

The Steel and the Gray believe that public monies should not be used indiscriminately. We also do not believe that any group calling itself a political party should have access to public money in order to feed their campaigns or their egos. We therefore ask that all public campaign funds be restricted and regulated closely. This will prevent misappropriation and foolhardy expense.
