Message | Giving out identity cards on a voluntary basis would be mainly for the poor who maybe don't have any other form of id ie. drivers license, etc and this would allow them to have an id to use when they go to vote to prove its them or what not. This way its not required but for someone who needs an id that otherwise can't afford one like a driver's license or something they can get one for free from the government. Giving waste disposal to the private sector and regulating it would insure waste companies are picking up the waste and disposing of it in proper areas. Would also keep money in the hands of the people that worked in this industry rather than that money being in the government's hand. |
