| Message | Rt Hon Harold Clarke MP, Leader of the Opposition, Mr Speaker, following the recent reforms to the Hutorian constitution, this proposal is the final piece to the puzzle. We must restore the Hutorian flag to its traditional and proper flag. The proposed has been the design used by the "Most Excellent and Serene Kingdom of Hutori" since the inception of the state in this current form. We hope that all parties recognise that this is a historical precedent that we wish to restore and we hope all parties will support this rightful and proper proposal. |
