Message | Mr. Speaker -- We believe that this reform is necessary to go hand-in-hand with our previous proposal regarding nationality; together they will allow for Rutanians to grow and thrive. It should be noted here that the Steel and the Gray does not oppose a woman's right to an abortion; rather, only wish to discourage the practice alongside limiting the amount of interference that our government will have in the exercise of that right.
