| This bill will ask the assembly to approve the bid I have made for the next Rugby World Cup. Since we did not win the soccer bid I am eager to display Kirlawas excellence to Terra. Here is the bid, please tell me any changes you feel are needed. Name of Nation Republic of Kirlawa, Continent of Artania Summary Kirlawa has had deep seeded routes in the sport of rugby and after a failed FIFA cup bid it is proposed that Kirlawa host the next Rugby World Cup. Kirlawa is one of the safest, free, diverse and truly beautiful nations in Terra. From wonderful summer season beaches to quiet winter snowfalls, from tall mountain peaks to deep Forrest's Kirlawa is truly one of the best places to be. Name of Stadium proposed for final: Republic Stadium, Capasity 73,000 (Expandable to 86,000), Indrala, Merkan Name of other Stadiums to be used for World Cup Pace (Merkan) - Artania Square - 31,200 Telon (Nuchtmark) - Federation Stadium - 57,900 Salubris (Uwakah) - Kirlawa Place - 69,300 Nisira (Dirlana) - International Stadium - 71,100 Cadoria (Dirguzia) - First Kirlawan Centre - 72,200 Slogan Proposed Our Sport, Your Sport Budget Kirlawa has a very strong standing infrastructure budget being the third highest budget category when it comes to money being spent on it, with over 300 billion KDI allocated just for infrastructure, this results in top class infrastructure all across Kirlawa. A certain percent of the infrastructure budget will be allocated for The World Cup development (if Kirlawa succeeds in its bid) the proposed allocation is 3-8% of the budget which would be equal to 10.5 billion KDI to 28 billion KDI. All of the profit made on the World Cup will go straight into making up the infrastructure budget that was spent on the cup. If there is more money left it will go into other categories. The Rugby Union Association Comments The Kirlawan National Rugby Federation (KNRF) fully support of this bid that will showcase Kirlawa. If hosted in Kirlawa it will also help promote sport in Kirlawa with the Kirlawa Child Sport Association (KCSA) promising that they will launch a program called Sport is Important that will show Kirlawa and the rest of Terra the meaning and importance of sport. Kirlawa also has the privilege of already having rugby leagues in place with the Kirlawan League (KL) being one of the the biggest rugby leagues in Artania. |
