MessageStop being an ass, RPZ. If you had bothered to be observant at ALL, you'd have noticed that the previous income tax was set at 1% for ALL income brackets.

So get your head out of your ass and shut the hell up before you embarass yourself further, jerk.

MessageNow you're making no sense. I'm happy that you have realized that we must have an INCOME TAX. I was very against when you had the power to make the INCOME TAX to 1%. I call for you to not be included in the budget at all.

MessageOK....first of all, RPZ you dont even have the authority to sugest such contemptable bullshit. Secondly, there are other forms of taxation besides that of the income, which are mentioned in the economic page for the nation. try reading it a bit, educate yourself. Thirdly, maybe you should do what the RIP says for a change... not to the letter of course, but listen to some advice once in awhile.

MessageAlright, that aside, the old system is what's called a 'flat tax'. If you made a buck all year, you'd give a penny in taxes. The proposed system allows you to make up to (Z)22,500 in income and not pay a thing, above that, a penny to the ZAR. INCOME TAX, as you so put it, hampers the ability of the consumer to purchase things. Purchasing things = better economy. Better economy = bigger budget. Bigger budget = more kickass stuff and lower taxes. Lower taxes = consumers able to purchase more things. See the connection? It works, it is working and it has worked since I implimented it. And every single taxation change you've proposed would have put us in debt up beyond our ears, and forced rabid budget cuts across the board.

And do try to make some sense next time you start raving, cause the last post you made makes little sense except for calling for me to stop doing the budget. Which by the way, I seem to be handling extremely well, despite your opinion.
