We are hoping for another go at the Drug Reform Law - http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=415548 If it does not pass at this time, it is unlikely to ever pass and we will drop the issue entirely. We were hoping for a re-consideration though. |

Old value:: All naturally occurring drugs are legal.
Current: The use of cannabis is legal.
Proposed: There are no laws regulating what citizens can put into their bodies.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy towards smoking.
Old value:: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
Current: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
