| Senor President As the king of the Democratic Worker's kingdom of Baltusia, we would be honored to host the women world cup, as a sign of equality, if possible, the world cup will take place in the capital city of Victoria, since we will sign thye world cup treaty very soon, we believe it would be a remarkable exploit to host tournament here, it will help our new state to gain recognization from all others, with all error there is with the little planning the state is doing, if we are doing some planning at all. COMMITTMENT The world cup will only bring benefits for our kingdom, but for everyone, in terra as well, of course, such an event will help Baltusia long term prosperity and will help our football to get to an higher level. We believe that we are a nation who give a high place to woman in every day life, we recognize equality of both sexe and even of third sex. More then 80% of our MP are woman, we still wonder why man does not feel like entering the DLLCP and getting a place in politics, but they are more then welcome. as one of the most progressive country in Terra, we believe we are the best country to host the Women World Cup. Energy : All energy will be generated by Green energie, Solar, Wind, Hydro, Osmotic, even Tidal energie, we shall give everything we got to make sure the dream of a green world cup ensure, Work : the law of work are very strong in Baltusia, and this should be excepted, as a communist nation, we protect the workers and give them all powers. and so, they will make laws to ensure their own security. we will not have cheap-labor or slavery. All Workers will be given good Salary, higher then the minimum salary in Baltusia, which is 20 BLD per hours. Sponsership shall be accepted, except for any entreprise in : Petroleum or any fossil Fuel, Drugs entreprise like Alcohol or Marijuana, banks, and any inacceptable entreprise like slave network. We already have studeum and are ready to host the World Cup right now. REASON Baltusia is a nation which recognize nearly all woman right and view all woman as human being. Baltusia as a beautifull environment and greatly protected nation. Football is a top sport for Baltusia and Baltusia wish to apologize for not participating in the male world Cup.
