Bill: Changing Our National Symbols - 3723

Details

Submitted by[?]: Great National Republican Guard

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3723

Description[?]:

Hosians should no longer be our national animal. Classifying Hosians as our national animal was disrespectful to many animals who deserved the title. Hosians should, from here on, be considered to be normal animals. They seem to be high in population, however, and a sport could be made of them.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The proposal of this Bill and the support it has gathered demonstrates just how violently hostile the Presidium has become towards the religious liberties of our citizens.

MessageMESSAGE PRESENTED TO THE PRESIDIUM BY ASTRID LEFEBVRE

Sirs,

I am the acting solicitor for Father Aldo Pini, a Hosian minister who is currently detained in Ellington Dogs' Home after opting to be reclassified as an animal. If I may, I would like to seek an assurance from the proposers of this Bill and from the government that if the Hosian is demoted from its status as national animal, the standard of care Father Pini currently receives at Ellington Dogs' Home will not be adversely affected in any way.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The Presidium hasn't become more hostile to Hosians. Lodamun has been like this for a very long time. The citizens seek religious liberation through Lodamese Nationalism.

No, that Pini dog won't be treated too nicely anymore.
