| Public works should be a collaboration between both the government and private companies.This will ease up the monetary strain on the government to keep funding these works.However,With the passage of this bill the government will have 51 percent owner rights on all public works created and never should the private company ownership pass 48 percent.The remaining 1 percent shall go to the community where the public work is located. |
