The Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be reorganized in the following ways (NOTE: changes do not reflect inclusion of the Department of Political Affairs which if passed will later be included): Minister of Internal Affairs -Vice Minister of Internal Affairs --Deputy Internal Affairs Minister (Department of Law Enforcement) ---Assistant Law Enforcement Minister (Division of Public Security) ----Director of the Federal Police Service ----Director of the Federal Drug Patrol ---Assistant Law Enforcement Minister (Division of Border Security and Immigration) ----Director of the Federal Border Patrol ----Director of the Zardic Immigration and Naturalization Service --Deputy Internal Affairs Minister (Department of Internal Security) ---Assistant Internal Security Minister (Division of Intelligence and Protection) ----Director of the Cyber-Security Agency ----Director of the Federal Security Agency ----Director of the Counter Terror Administration ---Assistant Internal Security Minister (Division of Civil Defence) ----Director of the Maritime Security Agency ----Director of the National Defense Agency --Deputy Internal Affairs Minister (Department of Preparedness and Emergency Response) ---Assistant Emergency Response Minister (Division of Emergency Response) ----Director of the National Disaster Relief Agency ----Director of the Federal Emergency Supplies System ---Assistant Preparedness Minister (Division of Response Planning) --Deputy Internal Affairs Minister (Department of Local Affairs) ----Director of the Federal Local Liaison Office 2. The Mallan Liberation Front (MLF) is hereby declared a Designated Terrorist Organization and all restrictions as per the Domestic Anti-Terror Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=397160) are hereby put into effect. 3.Any Zardic entity caught funneling arms or material support to a DTO shall face up to 20 years in prison or a 10,000 ZAR fine for every item supplied to a DTO. |
