This bill offers several advantages to Darnussia:
i) It would increase the labour market.
ii) Some students simply do not want to be educated, rather they would prefer to have an apprenticeship or just go straight into work.
iii) Would mean that money in the post 16 education sector can actualy be spent on those who want to learn, thus increasing their human capital.

Messageeconomy over the backs of people... how great is that. People who quit learning at 16 will have no pissibility's for the future so i think they would hurt economy more then actually help it...
